So, the APK is already signed. It only updates the app if it comes signed with the same signature as before.
Not sure how to correctly share and assess first time installs though.

Yep, group chat subscriptions are locally saved. When you log out, that information is gone
Brutal, any way to export it an import in the new versions coming up?
