Don’t forget also a personal loan to pay off the credit cards (so can start spending again) & than eventually a top up on the Mortgage to pay off the loan so can start that one again too.
Paid off with bank credit, which is someone else's under water credit card bill. It's almost as if capital had been extracted from the system, leaving everyone under water.
This is the element we really need "the left" to understand - it's the nature of fiat that perpetuates economic inequality, not sound money.

It's worse. Much worse.
It's also an economy of swindling everyone else so that they take up your debt for you but then you realise that now you can take on even more debt and everyone is in it with you so those who might have held you to your debt now prop you up and have your back. You own them now and only you and your friends get to play this game, the rest get to play the side quests but if they get anywhere near what you're doing... It's money laundering.
