The wot score for all Japanese users is 0. Therefore, filtering by wot score cannot be used.

FWIW in my network N has 16 score, and I don't follow very many japanostr people
Same, he's got a 42 for me, but I think the problem is the opposite, that Japanese user's aren't following anyone
Japanese users follow many other people.
