It's even at a point where the phrase "think for yourself" is vilified and considered something of a "right-coded" concept.

Probably because the meaning is twisted to mean "Think of yourself first!" 🤣

In order to know if something makes sense, people would have to know how to apply critical thinking skills; i.e. "logic".

Most people haven't been taught these skills, or bothered to learn them on their own; which is how they got brainwashed in the first place.

The irony is that logic used to actually be taught.

The trivium was removed from all public schools.
