It’s a start….I often worry about my folks not having enough. It was a heavy lift to get them off zero…..took years.
There's something else I notice. Many people are so used to the system that has enslaved them that they are even willing to fight to maintain their slave status.
Muscle memory doesn’t just touch the biceps, hamstrings, or pectoral muscles….it flourish in the mind. Years to unlearn in order to relearn….and for many that’s scary…..
