I have a small watch collection. Nothing fancy. But collected as Father's day gifts over two decades. So more of sentimental value then anything else.
I think one of them is bad luck. And the one I wore today, is that one.

You are 💯 correct. However, it makes me feel better at the moment to blame something. And the watch seemed the least likely to protest. So I'm going along with that thought to carry on with my day. I'll discard that story in the morning. Well, so I plan.

I dig watches for their mechanics and engineering. I can seriously go down a youtube rabbit hole with watch cleaning/repairing videos.
