Well I would say they came out pretty good. Interestingly the fat smell you normally get with deep frying didn’t happen with the tallow and the chips tasted so good. 🤌🏻🫡

I was concerned the tallow would make them greasy or beefy. The tallow made the lightest & tastiest doughnuts that I've had.
Maybe it was just knowing that they weren't cooked in toxic seed oils?
