I was thinking to do a MSc program in the States, but after reading your note, I have second thoughts. Where do you want to go next?

If you get a scholarship then you can try and come here ! But be cautious with your expectations! I have some countries on my mind but I will need to visit them and live there first ! Definitely not South America !

I haven’t but so far I heard that Costa Rica only makes sense

I've heard Paraguay is a nice residentship. No need to stay there full year, but isn't the worst.

For full time living... Idk.
