(When I save the new settings). The 10002 events I'm seeing don't seem to be matching what my amethyst settings are, I'm curious when someone sends me a DM, how does their client know what relay to use?

I'll be browsing the code later trying to see what is happening in the logs with all the new outbox/inbox stuff, having some connection issues .. 😎 this is very exciting. Most probably don't realize this is a *major change of how amethyst works (I assume...).
