You could make that, but it would be clunky.
I was thinking of making an app if anything, since I use custom tags on my MP3s to organize them into playlists with a rust script. But no apps have the ability to easily edit them.
That's my main motivation to stick to my phone for music playing.
Yeah. Organizing music files still feels like having to rename things in DOS and no mouse...
