Somewhat, but that would require some sort of indexing service to run alongside the client to try and keep track of the counts of all those things.

I immediately think of the primal index/cache but I'm not sure it exposes counts like that, nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr do you know?
