Instead of elliott just playing video games, i’m trying out #habitica for gamifying chores and learning tasks. For example: finish a page of worksheet, get xp. Never seen him so excited to read a book and clean his room 😅
We do similar. It seems to work. Chores, reading and physical activities = game time

Also slowly trying to do this. Can see how addictive tablet and other games are becoming for him. 😳
They’ll be on the iPad for hours, and trying to get them to go outside for 20min is like pulling teeth…
