What? Eggs and bacon are definitely better breakfast, but oatmeal contains fiber and as far as I know anti-nutrients have also some healt benefits, for example they have been found to exactly to prevent sharp rises in blood sugar. Many anti-nutrients also have antioxidant and anticancer actions.

you can't digest fiber (by definition)

Fiber is a scam, plain and simple.

So you’d advocate for foods with properties that block absorption and speed up defects of vital nutrients simply because they help prevent the blood sugar spike they at the same time induce? IMO it’s not the oxalates and phytates chelating minerals and speeding up vitamin D metabolism, but the GLYPHOSATE used to dry grains for harvesting that is much worse for human health. Not to mention fiber binding to cholesterol in your gut making actual macronutrients indigestible.
