Me too. I maxed credit cards and hit the limits and had to 1) accept I couldn’t spend anymore; and 2) accept that I had to pay every cent of the debt.

Never had unsecured debt since and never will.

Fortunately I come from a generation that saved to buy something. Delayed gratification shits all over instant Just ask a farmer. They do it every year. Plant seeds work and work then harvest
