You yourself say that Mongolia is quite independent. Why should them declare support for Ukraine if they wants to declare support for Russia? Only because of fear of sharing the fate of Belarus? Nonsense.
Discussion
They are also on the dollar like everyone else. Why would they risk declaring support for Russia? How will it turn out for them financially? Losses. They may be independent, but they are not idiots.
No one who has trade relations with the U.S. and satellites, paying with dollars, will declare support for Russia.
Mongolia is located between China and Russia. There are about 3,3 million people. The capital of the country - Ulaanbaatar - is the most cold capital in entire world. There are less then 2 people on the square kilometer of country area. They doesn't have own oil, gas, almost no wood, coal, they're buying resources and even electricity from neighbors. The older generation is grateful to the Soviet Union for its help in the last century. The current generation is more interested in Korean and Chinese culture. With that said, the dollar is definitely not the main thing.
Mongolia doesn't use rubles or yuan for external transactions, instead opting for dollars.
This year the situation may have changed of course.
The dollar is reserve world currency. And both China and Russia uses it for external transactions no matter what. So fucking what.
Russia is very limited in its ability to use the dollar. You know, one thing happened... If you think anyone wants to be in Russia's shoes, think again.
I didn't say anyone wants to be in Russia's shoes.
But you show a wooden apple in Ulanbator as a symbol of Mongolia's support for Ukraine, apparently claiming that they had the choice to place a Russian apple.
They didn't have that option. Even Russia's partners don't do that in Russia's own interest. Except Nicaragua, but even Nicaragua doesn't give a damn about Russia and Ukraine. They're just a special case.
So stupid conversation. I can’t know how the Mongols feel about Russia, much less you. They express support for Ukraine without fear of the wrath of Russia, which neighbors them, unlike the United States. Many countries have already opposed the dominance of dollars, and nothing happened to them. So I don't understand why a country that shares borders with China and Russia would pretend that they don't support China and Russia. So stupid.
Any country. Not just the one between "China and Russia". Any country is and has been declaring support for Ukraine. There are no other countries. Even Iran and China. You can find their official statements. Even Belarus, which it didn't help anyway.
That is so fucking stupid. You really believe that every state in the world for real support Russia during war in Ukraine and pretend support to Ukraine because of dependence on the USA? You're the real fan of US.
You'll never know. That's how politics works. They may tell you one thing and do another or do nothing. Hungary looks like a partner of Russia, but it is not. Austria acts like an enemy of Russia, but it's not. Their companies are still operating in Russia.
I'm not a fan of the US, but you can't underestimate its influence on literally everything. That's why even after the statement of support for Ukraine by everyone, Russia still has no problem getting foreign components for its weapons.
Policy may correspond to official position. Especially if no one expects any action from outside observers.
Акции за мир проходят регулярно.

Specifically, these actions are organized by American and European NGOs associated with Ukraine.
Russia is also engaged in such nonsense, but, of course, on a smaller scale due to a lack of funds and difficulties in financing such actions.

In both cases, it's just circus acts.
You're still blaming US just like the local propaganda do. They are to blame for everything that happens around and inside Russia. How can Russia end the war? What should have happened if not for NATO's participation?
Ukraine is now a state completely dependent on the USA. External control is absolute. Economy, judiciary, army, politics. In case of US withdrawal, the Afghan scenario will be repeated. Nothing new.
Russia's own goals are known. Demilitarization and denazification. What will happen with Ukraine itself is not very clear, but most likely nothing. Knowing Russian politicians, they will always blow up everything they get their hands on.
