Ever since the vaccine, my veins bulge out immediately when I exercise. Its super gross. Also kinda entertaining.
Yeah... shouldn't have taken that poison. But I'm still here.

well, eventually the graphene oxide will be eliminated, but then you, like most of us, have also got microplastics floating around in the fluids and circulations as well
and outside of that, there is some good reason to believe that decreasing protection from a crazing magnetic field that is happening to this planet at the moment increases cardiovascular health problems by itself, before you add in "graphene oxide and increased radiation" to the mix
my personal approach to this is manifold - one is lower carbs, second is increase fibre, which is necessary so you can increase fat intake, and another is fasting, after my 3 day fast that kicked me into ketosis, i can highly recommend getting to ketosis in a fast, after that point, you can revert back to "normal" but actually you won't ever revert back to normal unless you stop trying to get healthy again
successfully getting into full ketosis has changed me permanently, in ways that i like
it has unlocked part of my liver's capabilities and reduced my kidney issues and i feel amazingly better, i'm actually starting to gain condition from exercise now
You have kidney problems too? I can feel it in my sides on bad days.
Yeah I'm convinced on ketosis. I don't think I've made it to full keto yet, but intermittent fasting (18/6) is already a major improvement.
yeah, ketosis is a bit scary, really, i was not prepared for what actually happened
my hypothesis is that it's due to fatty liver from alcohol, and it was burning that fat off like a sumbitch because i was sure as fuck rather warm, like, i hadn't felt this kind of liver-heating effect for maybe over a decade
once it starts, your fat metabolism stays elevated so long as you don't consume large amounts of carbs for long periods afterwards
it really feels like i'm regaining my energy in a big way, i mean, i really am making progress on my fitness now, my muscles are stronger, fatigue slower, they are bulking up, i'm shedding the blubber, i'm looking younger even lol
seriously, yeah man, try to get through a 3-4 day fast and get into ketosis
there's nothing to be afraid of it's just kinda scary...
diabetics go into ketosis when their blood sugar goes too high as well, but unless you are insulin dependent it's fine, you just need to keep hydrated and increase your electrolyte intake
that's the most important piece of advice about it, once you get into ketosis you need to stay hydrated and salinated
Amazing. Its good to hear real success stories - 1000x better than just learning from YouTube vids.
Idk but it's probably also really good for kidneys. I read somewhere that the best thing to do to prevent further decline is to give them a break. If kidneys are always working, then they're never healing. And I refuse to believe the nephrologist that told me they can't heal. Same guy also told me they don't have nerves, so I can't feel them, and that was definitely wrong.
yeah, so much of what doctors saying is like:

incomprehensible retardation
