I bought something on silvergoldbull. They use bitpay as a 3rd party. The bitpay gives me an address and I send to it from my Wallet of Satoshi

So then the low fee rate is Wallet of Satoshi's fault? My experience with their onchain conversion is they just charge a high fixed fee. They took their profit but left you with a small tx fee.
