Has anyone else noticed people disappear from their follows list? Seems a search won't work either.

Oh, I found out what happened. False alarm.

They don't disappear, but change names. :)

Nobody can edit that list, but you and the clients you use. I know of none that directly changes your follows without your interaction.

Yea, it appears it was a name change.
