Cast iron is my

Vote then!

Cast iron of course

Hmm. But why, doesn't it need cleaning and take time?

It's solid as BTC

It's as easy as cleaning a non stick pan as long as it's seasoned well. Takes time to heat up though but if you got that low time preference you'll all good 🤙

Teflon coated

Is that anti stick? What about the chemicals?

stay away from coated pans

As longe as you don't let it burn to insane high temperatures (600 F) by itself to the point of letting fumes out, you're fine

No doubt cast iron. My wife uses teriyaki sauce on cut pieces of ribeyes/New York strips in cast iron and serves it with white rice with coconut oil and side salad. Dynamite 🧨 meal.

Getting hungry again one hour after lunch

💯 cast iron
