For me with Covid, mint, lavender, “soapiness” and garlic were among the last scents to leave and first to come back. Try smelling them every day to see if you can detect them at all.

The first scent to leave and last to come back is ginger. When I can smell ginger again I know all my sense of smell has returned.

I tried mint. Definitely can’t smell it. I’ll check on the rest. I also have ginger so I can try that.

Apparently that's the strongest smell to the human nose

When I had the flu I could just smell it couldn't smell vicks which is a v strong eucalyptus gel, it stinks and I couldn't smell it
