What would you imagine may be some of the sovereignty domains that you could study there?

Definitely the individual personal sovereignty, be it digital, physical or spiritual.

Miss me with the sovereignty that grants a state or person ultimate and absolute authority to make decisions for others.

I would hope it teaches you how to attach steel plates to the exterior of a bulldozer.
