Ok, i'm frustrated with the wallet thing. Nwc works fine, but then the few wallets that have nwc integrated are buggy and dont work all the time. Going back to paying from one wallet, and sending from another. 😒 #WalletIssues

I get that. Zapping notes using a different signer on desktop than I am on mobile (because of their availability) has been an issue for me. I have to bookmark or reply to something, then go find it on my mobile bookmarks/replies, then zap it. Annoying. Because of my eye surgeries I have poor close vision and cannot tolerate using mobile very much, so I prefer desktop viewing/interactions.
That's not how this is supposed to work. Blah.
I know. Still trying to figure out why nost2x doesn't pop up when I try to zap from desktop. I can zap, but then it disappears.

I created my account on Primal and it was seamless setting up their [strike] wallet. Can anyone answer if you can set up a primal wallet after if you’re having similar issues??
I believe the auto wallet creation is only in the mobile app, it doesn't work when creating an account on desktop and it doesn't let you do it after, so you need to create a wallet elsewhere. I feel like most clients are underfunded and understaffed.
This is what I did. I was following a guide where they advised Primal on desktop to create an account.

When you sign up on primal, it asks your name, your dob, and address. No ss# but yeah its strike on the back end. Though it doesnt say it when you’re going through the setup. Was very easy.
I did it post-desktop but I don't remember what as all I filled out. It was like, day 2 for me on nostr (Sep 4th)
Paying from one and receiving from another is not bad practice at all
alby maxi here... renting a hub on their cloud service... it has become my main payment nexus for most things... i buy bitrefill credits for steam and amazon fairly often with it, send sats out to my xapo account so i can go down the street and spend or draw cash
i have never got NWC to work on anything, though i didn't try very hard
