On my list whenever I get the Coldcard.

Did you use your old seed or transferred to completely new set-up?

I just wonder to which extent Ledger can shard my seed even without update..

Step 1:

Stop using Ledger live.

Use sparrow instead (connected to your node).

Step 2:

Consider to replace your ledger with air-gapped Bitcoin only signing device.

I used completely new seeds
