I haven’t been on X in forever, but been scrolling through the posts on Substack and even that is non-stop fear mongering that left me anxious and angry.

Literally all media feeds on our negative emotions, so it amplifies them to keep us hooked. Hooked on anger, what a way to live, right?

But #nostr is the opposite.
