😡 Since when is cash "unacceptable"?

I went to a store and tried to use cash.

They would not take it.

"Sorry sir, we do not accept cash."

I was informed BYUfootball is no longer taking cash.

"I'm sorry we don't take cash."

Last time I checked, cash is "legal tender" ?

(The Federal Reserve makes it legal plunder but that's a Frederic Bastiat story for later...)

I've walked out of the UtahJazz game angrier than a bird because I couldn't by an over priced milkshake for $15 with a 10 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill.

"I'm sorry sir, we do not accept cash."

Why on Earth would a business enterprise NOT take cash?

Help me understand.....😀 #Zapathon #Nostr #Bitcoin 💜🧡

They’re trying to phase it out. I was at a concert over the weekend and they wouldn’t take cash for anything inside the venue. People have to stand up for cash.
