Nostur has special handling for any post with more than 20 people tagged, but no setting (yet).
- It will only show 1 notification for the main post
- It will not show notifications for replies to the hellthread, except if you are actually specifically mentioned in the reply
What happens if I press mute on the top note? Does it mute the replies that specifically mention me?

Yes it mutes those also, but maybe it shouldn’t, not sure
