While it takes quite a bit of planning, funding, vision, and sheer will to tackle sustainable architecture, pasture raising animals, and building multi-family communities, proper diet and lifestyle are things each and every one of us can handle.

While so many have had success with a full-blown #carnivore diet, others are able to become healthier and to maintain a healthy eating pattern on a #WAPF diet, a #Paleo diet, the Perfect Health Diet, or on some similar natural & whole-foods eating plans. If you're not sure where to start, pick two or three ideas from the list above, and do some research. Dump your junk food. Stop eating out all the time. Actually cook something at home. Try one of the plans out this week.

Once you have control of your diet, it'll be time to work on exercise, distraction-free living, and some of the bigger projects Jack recommends in this and many of his other episodes.
