More fresh fish, still red
meat, but bit reduced. No bread/pasta/rice/potatoes since 2023. Replaced it with buckwheat products.
My training is 3-4 times weights per week and 2 times cardio stuff.
What resources do you consume, any podcasts/literature you can shill?
