You can upload without paid account, and I would prefer a normal nip96 instead of blossom. If you upload for free with the same npub, the images will be associated with it and will be available in the gallery

when a user creates a meme from template they shall be uploading either with nip96/blossom to the account associated with them. nostr build account is for housing the media templates themselves for use by plebs.
