Ok serious question. Is there any possible way to anonomize BTC without coin join and the like? I have my own node and I bought my BTC from and exchange. I always moved it to the same wallet (not on my node).

If it's bought from a CEX then no, there's no way to anon it, even if you conjoined it, the CEX and ultimately (The government) know you own/control them sats🤷🏻♂️.
Ok but if I transfer it to another wallet, how do they know that's still me. Isn't that second wallet anonymous?

That just gets back to the "Boating accident" question. Transferring to a different wallet is just like saying you lost your keys. Will it wash in a court of law? Who knows. As I say, I'm not American but my understanding is, that this new directive isn't compulsory, it just means that you could be liable to higher CGT rates higher down the line.
