Celibacy literally means "not married" and it used to be assumed that this was synonymous with "chaste", so it's all deeply ironic.

On the plus side, maybe helps you filter people worth starting a relationship with, really fast. If they aren't willing to wait, they don't want you. Sorry, it sounds brutal out there in the modern dating world. 🫤
