From a developer perspective could talk about:
- Adding assets to the project so just there for use when needed (and getting Designers to be able to submit PRs too)
- How XCode doesn’t include unreferenced assets in the compiled output
- Having a design system that is easy to navigate and contains “ways of doing things” not only specific designs (for Features that might not be fully designed).
- Using naming conventions that could be implemented in code.
From a UX perspective, about how we need to build solutions that bring user experience first when bringing to the masses, and how techies often build for techies not normies :-)
