There is a grocery store in Long Island, New York that accepts #Monero directly. No gift cards, no converting into another currency. Straight up cold hard Monero.

This is huge. I work at a grocery store, and wish mine took #monero, or crypto of any kind.

When we can trade crypto directly for the essentials, we've won.

Document your effort here for others to follow you and ask the community for advice where you are not sure to start because you might feel that it's not your role to change this.

That's mind bullshit. You're the one to change it in your work environment.
