autoimmune factors can influence inflammation a lot even if the predisposition was preexisting, inflammation spreads in the body once it starts because the hormones that trigger it seep out of the areas where they are active inevitably
almost all modern disease is autoimmune and inflammatory
I’m pretty sure that sugar was my main trigger. I have a gnarly sweet tooth, but cut it all out a few months ago and it got better. I still have endometrial tissue on my bladder so it’s gonna cause pain regardless, but the eating anti-inflammatory foods help it from growing faster
For the most part, it’s gonna be a little painful, but hopefully I get knocked up quick
