Every time someone got a new album it was time to make copies 😂 I remember my father having get togethers where friends & family would bring albums over, and everyone would leave with new mix tapes.

In high school there were these hiphop mixtapes going around. They were made from 12” records from Fat Beats that nobody could afford, but we all got to hear these new tracks coming out in the 90’s this way.
To this day, I’ll hear one of those songs and expect a certain other song to be mixed in because I listened to those mix tapes so much 🔥
