After listening closely to the health care practitioner requirements, I have built the beginnings of a generic consultation model: you can do a consultation recorded in notes, and when you are done, you scan the QR code of the client wallet and the records magically appear as private records signed by you as a consultant, or doctor, in the case of Healthcare.
Bottom line: No e-mail. Everything signed. Direct safebox to safebox delivery via NIP-17 and encrypted with NIP-44.
