Once again, #nostr #safebox is going beyond my expectations because of the cool stuff you can do with the protocol.

After listening closely to the health care practitioner requirements, I have built the beginnings of a generic consultation model: you can do a consultation recorded in notes, and when you are done, you scan the QR code of the client wallet and the records magically appear as private records signed by you as a consultant, or doctor, in the case of Healthcare.

Bottom line: No e-mail. Everything signed. Direct safebox to safebox delivery via NIP-17 and encrypted with NIP-44.

The use case I am most excited about is doing a consultation via a Zoom call.

The physician can do the consultation via video and then send the prescription to the patient who holds up their wallet to be scanned to receive the prescription.

Oh, BTW, the doctor can accept a Lightning payment via a Zoom call. We showed that this week!

in my country the prescription has to be sent to the pharmacy. what do you mean by sending prescription to patient’s wallet?
