We’re just gonna use the Tenor API, but if that fails then we’ll have a nip94 backup for GIFs

But we need a database to store the nip94 events so it’s fast, which means we’ll have to have a nostrdb implementation on iOS

We also want to make sure that when a new GIF is chosen that we publish that as an event on Blastr so that we can grow the nip94 events on all available relays asynchronously

And that’s really all there is to it 😅
