I might disagree from you guys. I feel creatine is a psyop.

I just get bloated lol and I lift way heavy when Iโ€™m off creatine.

Eat real food guys, donโ€™t fall for psyop by supplement industry.

Iโ€™m kinda new to creatine but my muscles feel much fuller with it. Itโ€™s naturally found in meat but you canโ€™t really get the optimal amount without overeating.

Dude I have used creatine for about 2 years and protein powder for atleast 4 years just to find out it was a fuckin slop.

The supplement industry is the most shady industry out there. Itโ€™s totally unregulated. They have been openly caught using heavy metals like lead in their products. All the research you read online are fuckin funded. They just want you to believe that you need their products.

Creatine has strong evidence supporting it. And you can get it from diet but 2 pounds of meat is a lot so supplementing with a creatine supplement is convenient.
