You’re literally driving while filming, the car is in motion. Whether it’s a highway or a parking lot, your attention should still be on the road. Let’s not play dumb about it.

Kids often hang out driveways and parking lots. It only takes 1 second to ruin someone's life and children are also quite small and easy to miss.

Even if the government didn't own the roads or if we didn't have any laws on the road. I would still educate you on the safely of the road. This isn't about you not following the laws, this is about the safely of others while you are operating a vehicle.
