There is currently a war between Trump, the military vs the deep state. The information Trump is putting out is actually to mislead and trick the deep state and the information the deep state puts out is to mislead the people so they will get in the way of the war.

Remember we the people are between Trump and the deep state. Trump and military can't fight the deep state if we the people get in the way. People will get themselves killed. The deep state wants the people to cause problems and get into the way Trump and the military won't be able to directly fight them.
