How do you sync across devices?
Exactly what I was fixing to ask.
Storing the .Kpx vault in an encrypted cloud provider (besides the original local copy)

At least last time I checked, keepass is open source
Keepass gets another vote from me, from https://keepassxc.org/ on desktop to https://www.keepassdx.com/ on Android.
I use 1Password and have never had problems.
So far, Bitwarden has been solid and functional for me. I hear Proton has one in Beta, my experience with most of what they do has been positive, not enough for me to backup my password portfolio there yet though.
