You do not understand what modesty means.

Modesty is the most attractive non-physical trait in a woman.

Do not confuse with with chastity.

Modesty is abnegation and selflessness.

Chastity is rejection of sexual desire.

Two different things.

A very modest woman may feel attraction for a man and hint that she's interested, in a modest way.

A very selfish woman, with no modesty whatsoever, may demonstrate lack of sexual desire for a man or anyone.
