Hmm, so we need some more definitions to answer the original question:
Amount - as in surface-area, or mass, or volume, or % of all matter? What precision?
Water - Only liquid? Does purity matter? Does H and O in separate molecules or ions count? Earth - Including atmosphere etc.? Does the crap in our orbital path count? Moon?
Finite - Is a balance valid? Finite as in upper limit? Max amount before earth turns into a star or black hole?
And then define proof...
