I watch these if I want to stay awake. It's sad that WWII (well pretty much every war) was fought over completely different reasons than what the overlords tell us but these documentaries are still awesome

Not that it's my favorite but I recently watched 'Nazi Megastructures | National Geographic' and found it fascinating. It tells the story passing by these mega constructions that are still standing today.

Just finished watching “Europa the last battle” 10 part series will really get you questioning everything about WW2
I went deep into a youtube history rabbit hole these past couple weeks.
There's an outrageous amount of good content, and then when you look into a given piece of content, it often turns out that like two people made it in their spare time even though it seems more professional.
YouTube is the new cable. As an old (30’s) I resisted its pull for a long time, but even I find myself doing regular deep dives on there. Can’t wait for AI content to really take off as a tool. Many of these creators will be making things that are completely unexpected.
I feel your pain. My middle-aged man obsession turned out to be #GMRS radios. But WWII was a close second.
