This is true because I am capable and I don't run one, because it simply costs too much for what I need lightning for. There are probably many in my situation.
Yes, and cost is relative to the need. If custodial solutions get targeted more and go down, along with the large routing hubs, we’re at smaller p2p nodes interacting with one another.
