I’ve thought about it
While it removes the step you’re talking about, it adds the step of signing an event (whereas gifbuddy currently publishes on behalf of the user)
My thought originally was “not everyone has a nip07 extension” (typically iPhone users like myself) so I wanted to reduce friction there
That being said, I could look for the extension and if it’s not there then publish on the user’s behalf

So every time you upload it edits that collection with the added content
Yes! That would be an ideal workflow in my use case since I am primarily uploading my own GIFs and then I have to search them in order to use them, which complicates the process.
