Exercise is the panacea.

Feeling tired? Gone.

Feeling depressed? Gone.

Feeling hungry? Surprisingly, gone. Skip a meal, but don't starve yourself.

Feeling sick? Should have been exercising before that, but it will still help, just take it slow.

Make it a habit.

Take a break every couple of hours from whatever you are doing to do a set of push-ups or squats.

I have been doing this for four and a half decades. it shows. my kids do it now too šŸ’ŖšŸ™

It is too ingrained in our culture to think that exercise is difficult and you have to push through it. But the truth is that exercise can at times be quite addictive once you realize how good you feel after even a short workout. And also how much less guilty it allows you to feel during your next meal, even if you eat a large portion.
