I’m trying to think through this now. I have one and also a trezor.

If I think with the “human cattle car” mindset (if i were to be taken no clothes no possessions, all personal and cloud storage gone, all scraps of paper gone, no access to physical locations of the past) could i still retrieve my bitcoin?

What I like about the trezor is that I know for sure I have my seed memorized well, funds safu.

With a seedsigner multisig, you have to scan in three pubkey QR codes to begin with. Then sign with either qr or seed entry. A lot to memorize.

I suppose i haven’t dug into seed signer single sig. But also i tried my trezor key on seedsigner and it apparently is in an incompatible seed format.

Do you have a SeedSigner?

Nevermind you said at the end you do...

Having access to a well setup Multisig is good.

If you have a single sig setup that won't import to the SeedSigner then you must be using an old standard (from my understanding).

Bip39 seeds shouldn't have a problem with portability - derivation paths used to be vendor chosen and a mess but I'm assuming now it's all congruent.

If you ever want to redo your single sig setup make sure you're doing it with that mind.

For now I'd say sounds like a great setup hermano 🤙.
