So, we used to have a channel that was nothing but the doppler radar 24/7 and they took it off of the air last year on the 1st day of hurricane season. :unimpressed:

Since then they have over predicted every storm so if we do get a really bad one ppl probably won't even believe them. πŸ™„

Let's be real, they took it off the air because they wanted to push their idiotic takes and play ads all in between.

I found an app on F-Droid called wX. Seems like it's maintained by the NWS/NOAA and it's exactly what you'd expect. A suckless weather app with all the technical details, satellite pictures and real-time doppler data.
